Personal Finance Standards Alignment

At the national level, our Personal Finance curriculum is aligned to two sets of standards – those laid out by the Jump$tart Coalition, and those laid out by the Council for Economic Education. Generally speaking, states that merge Personal Finance and Economics into one class tend to follow the Council’s recommendations, while states with stand-alone personal finance classes tend to follow the Jump$tart recommendations.
If your subject or teaching area is not included, use the form at the bottom of the page to let us know – we are sure our extensive collection of experiential learning exercises will match up perfectly, and be happy to include any gaps in our roadmap moving forward.
