National Business Education Association Standards Alignment

The National Business Education Association publishes a set of National Standards, which they recommend as the blueprint for business and CTE curriculum around the country. These standards overlap heavily with CTE standards in every state, and are considered the “de-facto” CTE standards for business career tracks when no state standards have yet been specified.

Our Business curriculum is divided into three broad subject categories: “Accounting”, “Management”, and “Marketing”. In addition to these three subjects (outlined below), we also have an extensive library of Investing activities, which overlap heavily with many state-level Investments courses.
